BlockTrades is a very simple Titan Panel plugin to toggle Enabling and Disabling of Trades.
Got sick of people throwing up trade window in cities when I was browsing the Auctions so figured I'd do something about it.
Left click the icon to block trades, right click it to allow them. Simple and saves running through menus to tick and untick.
Only change from BlockTrades 1.0 and 1.1 is the toc number for 2.2. It still works fine.
