Titan - Ironwood Seed Counter

Indicates in the Titan Panel if the Ironwood Seed goes to end. Gives alert if you are in a big city.

You can adjust the alarm threshold by manually editing entry in the File 'localization.lua'

TITAN_IRONWOODSEED_ALERT = 11;

If there now less than 10 is in such a way sounds the alert.
