This addon automatically removes the misdirect buff from you.
Ever had that one friend who thinks its funny to cast MD on you as a caster and watch you die because you didn't click it off quick enough? How about being in an AV standing in front of Drek or Vann waiting for the tank to arrive only to be MD'd by a hunter who watches you get pummelled by the boss and his friends? The hunter stands their laughing while you get sent to a GY in no man's land turning the rest of your AV into a nightmare.
Configuration is simple. Install the addon, then type /nomd for command line options. NoMD4Me is disabled by default. The options are saved per character, you can have it always disabled on your tank (so misdirects happen on you) and enabled on your DPS'er or Healer (so you'll never be the victim of a Misdirect again).
/nomd enable - Enable the addon (Remove misdirect when it is cast on you)
/nomd disable - Disable the addon (Don't do anything)
/nomd toggle - Toggle enable/disable.
This addon was created mainly because of Alterac Valley. This BG seems to bring out the 'tard in people. I got paired with a hunter in several BGs who found it absolutely hilarious to continuously misdirect mobs onto me and others while bragging about it in BG chat. Well, kiss it goodbye. This addon automatically detects when they do that and instantly removes it ... Now the joke's on them.
