The only command available in this mod is /blap
Basically, the only thing this mod does is play an audio file blap.wav
The audio file played is considered funny by some, especially after reapeated use, and may be considered addictive.
It is possible in some circumstances to put your enemies and potentially your friends into a trance by repeatedly blapping them, use with caution.
This mod is not meant for human consumption and will cause sexual side effects, some positive. Do not use this mod if you have a heart condition, or have experienced a stroke within the past year. Headache, e-peen growth, skin rash, and abdominal itching are known side effects and are considered to be acceptable. Consult your doctor should more serious side effects occur, an example would be gastrointestinal bleeding.

This is an addon that was back in Vanilla WoW. I pulled the WAV file from it and combined it with the "It's Disco Time" addon. Anytime someone says "blap" in whisper, guild, officer, party, raid or raid leader, it will play the blap.wav file. I did give it a 5 second "cooldown" so you won't be spammed by it. You can also type "/blap" to do the emote "/emote busts out with a BLAP!" and to play the sound.
