/punt to punt someone. /gpcount to see how many gnomes you've punted.
There's a 15-minute timer on punting the same gnome -- you'll still punt them, it just won't add to your count until 15 minutes after you first punted them.
You have to get close enough to someone in order to punt them -- it's the same distance at which you could trade with them.
