This mod disables the COMBAT_LOG_EVENT which is a performance tweak if you do not use the Blizzard combat log, using the manner in this thread: http://forums.worldofwarcraft.com/thread.html?topicId=10971909544&sid=1
This does not interfere with other mods that deal with the combat log, such as Recount, nor does it effect combat logging to the harddisk.
